Tabatha Owens
She has been involved with the company
to some capacity for a number of years.
She is responsible for all Safety Practices and
the implementation of the Drug Free Workplace
Program for 4 + years. She is the daughter of Lester & Betty Ashley and has two children, Ashley & Alyssa.
Office Manager:
Mitzi Sells
She has been with the company for 20 + years &
handles all Human Resource and clerical duties.
She is married to George Sells Jr and has
has five children and three grandchildren.
Production Manager:
Arturo Arroyo
He has been with the company 4 + years and is
responsible for the overall production.
Recycle Manager:
Robby Owens
He has been with the company
20+ years and is responsible for
the recycling department. He has two children,
Ashley & Alyssa.
Maintenance:
Lance Thomas
He is the newest member of the management team.
He is responsible for routine maintenance & repairs.

Original Owners for 25+ years. They have four daughters: Tina, Tabatha, Tammy, & Leslie and nine grandchildren and one great- grandchild. He pastors Apostolic Church of Restoration in Cowan, TN. & is the Co-owner of True Wheel, LLC and Mr. & Mrs. Ashley own & operate Elora Pallet Trucking, LLC.
They enjoy various church activities and spending time with their family.
